Blinds & Shades cancellations or changes in order- Blinds are non-refundable, non-returnable, they are custom made to order.  If you wish to cancel your order or make a change, the request must be made within 24 hours in writing, for your records as well as ours. *If it can be canceled or changed, you will be given a "cancellation #" or a change acknowledgement, in writing.  If it cannot be canceled or changed, you will be advised accordingly. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of your request, you must call our office to obtain a cancellation #, if it is possible to cancel. 

*Cancellation or change is contingent upon our ability to cancel or change the order with the manufacturer. If any part of the blinds/shades has been cut, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
